Jared Roberts was absolutely amazing from the first time we spoke until after the case was settled and even now he still goes out of his way to answer any questions we have. I have had my fair share of working with attorneys who never answer phone calls, are rude all the time, don’t take the time to give you their undivided attention and Attorney Roberts has always gone above and beyond. Almost a year after the case was settled I continued to contact Attorney Roberts with questions and even when he was busy with a jury trial he had his legal team contact me in a timely fashion and offer their help in the meantime. I was a victim of a medical misdiagnosis (shaken baby syndrome) . Nobody wanted to listen to me and kept pointing their fingers at me. The one person who should help you is your attorney . Ondrey sat me in his office closed the door and proceeded to tell me that he knows I did something to my daughter and tried to force me to tell him I did something when I never did . I then fired him , I was given another attorney and was acquitted of all charges . I'll never forget the day he did that to me . I live with severe depression over the whole situation and not a day goes by that I don't think about it . I surely hope this does not happen to anyone else , definitely unprofessional and I'm the one who has to live with it .
