We really enjoyed working with Vijay and Grace. They communicated clearly, answered all of our questions, and were very kind. The information we provided through their online portal seemed to make the estate planning process easier, and I really appreciated how thorough the paperwork was (and Vijay's explanation of it). Their office has a ton of parking, which was a nice perk when we had to go for the signing!

After relocating to the PNW and buying a home, my financial advisor suggested that my wife and I create a Joint Revocable Living Trust. After doing some research I contacted Ortiz & Gosalia and initially spoke with Kasey who manages the office. She sent me some information to complete, and not long after submission she called me to schedule an in person appointment with Vijay Gosalia, the attorney that we'd be working with to create the JRLT. Vijay took his time to explain the differences between a standard will and trust, and discussed our needs so we could make an informed decision. From the very beginning, we felt that we were in great hands. The team was very professional, highly responsive, and what I would consider subject matter experts. Vijay was very thoughtful in his approach and made discussing what most would consider a very sensitive subject...easy!
