I've had extensive legal experience for a non-attorney, having worked in financial services, banking and on Wall Street. Today I run a Private Wealth Management firm in OC. I spent several years looking for a Securities attorney that was not only competent and effective, but that knew more than I did without having to 'research' even the most basic issues and questions. I came away from every meeting disappointed. About 7 or 8 years ago I was introduced to Lynne Bolduc. She was the first attorney that I actually felt knew more than I. She is knowledgeable, very personable, articulate, and as important as any of that, business-minded. Her advice is always practical, realistic, and includes both the upside and downside risks. She understands the legal-financial trade-offs that business owners must often choose between. She does an amazing job laying out the situation and options so I can make the best and most informed decision. I trust Lynne with my entire business life, and that is not a trust I hand out lightly.

I recently had a very unpleasant interaction with Lynne Bolduc. I was referred by my current attorney to her. After a two short calls and email exchanges it appeared to me the advice I was being given was inaccurate according to the statute she provided me on the matter. When I questioned her about this she claimed I was harassing her and that she would block me on email. I felt horrible and couldn't understand why she would respond that way. I shared my email exchanges with my attorney who referred me to her and they apologized to me for her unprofessional behavior. They also couldn't see any grounds for her responding that way. In retrospect I believe that with all Lynne's experience she has not learned how to be humble and admit when she has given inaccurate advice. In my opinion she acted unprofessionally when I brought forward discrepancies in the advice she gave to the statute she shared with me to support her advice. I would look elsewhere for an attorney.
