Very disappointed with the service, lost emails, late replays. If you are looking for someone to fight your case look someplace else

I used the firm for my divorce. In my opinion I fully trust that the advice was accurate but I would not recommend using them for cost and service. In terms of service, I found them condescending and not customer oriented. For example at the first meeting the team had not read the information they had asked me to provide and were late. The fees are eye watering and they will charge for even the most basic correspondence or admin so expect to try to not ask them any questions. On top of that they didn't even get the divorce across the line first time round, in a case where everything was agreed and there were no custody issue. I suspect many firms are the same, and clearly divorce is an unpleasant experience but I would recommend you shop around and do not worry about the solicitors location. Good luck.
