Sorry but can't leave much of a review for someone who don't keep in contact with you. This man is harder to reach than Jesus himself. You can blow his phone up and he still won't answer. He does things at his own pace. Seriously your better off getting some law books and answering your own questions.

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to get "all" evidence authenticated before you accuse someone and just tell them they said or wrote it. I'm pretty sure using Facebook post without authentication because anyone can make a fake page and pretend to be a person is considered hearsay until properly verified. I'm pretty sure this attorney didn't authenticate anything. It's OK because prosecutor is looking into all of it. Detectives and prosecutors have all my evidence. I can't stand when people don't follow the law. I see why he has so many bad reviews and criminal charges of his own. How is he still in practice? Never trust an attorney who has "connections" that's why I hire out of state because that favor system is a crooks move. Can't get no favors from a person you don't know.

Randy has been a life saver to our family. He has never let us down through out the years. I’m not one to trust any Lawyer but Randy is different. Never does he judge someone for their mistakes. I’ve personally been outside the judges chambers and listened to his conversation with the prosecutor and judge and he said exactly to them what he had told me he was going to do. He was not aware that I was outside listening either. You won’t find another lawyer that is more loyal and down to earth like Mr. Paragas. He is constantly answers my questions very forward, no matter the time day or night. Top it off he doesn’t tack my questions onto my bill. He also is not afraid to take anything to trial which I love. He will face anything and if he feels he is not the best lawyer for you he is man enough to tell you and refer you to someone else. I hired him when my best friend was looking at life and Randy got him 8 months! He’s good real good! Meet with him once and you will see for yourself or if in jail ask around others will tell you the same!

I filed against Paragas via the Office of Councel for Discipline of the Nebraska Supreme Court as of June 15th. I encourage anyone else who’s had issues with this individual to do the same or if has, follow up. He needs to NOT practice law no longer. -Im still waiting for my refund Randy- STAY AWAY / ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I unfortunately had to mark one star to leave a review and wouldn’t even give this “law office” that. I hired Mr. Paragas to help with my mother’s estate matters after her passing two months ago (January). NOTHING was not done as said at time of hire and after paying $3000.00. His lack of working in a timely manner (as promised) led to even more turmoil from end of January to now with not one thing being addressed properly or as said verbatim by him IE: collection of mother’s items, proper paperwork being filed/forwarded and estate still being jeopardized. When attempting to reach out being proactive - there was ZERO COMMUNICATION on his and his firm’s part(s). And if there was, no follow through. When able to reach he was out of town or “in court”. Not only have I lost my mother but a 1/3 of inheritance /possibly more because the job was hardly attempted and definitely NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH. I highly recommend anyone else who has encountered the same issues file a complaint via Nebraska BAR Association. SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS
