I've called and left several messages and can't get a call back. They accepted my case months ago, had me sign HIPPA forms, and then nothing. I guess I will need a new law office.

I would like to revisit my initial review. First, I would like to state that Mr. Lundy did take my case. And that it was settled in mediation. I believe all or most of the individuals having a negative impact on communications and proper case development are no longer with his firm. A good hearted individual with a true desire to help those that truly need his assistance. If your back is against the wall and you know you were right, but lack legal knowledge, Mr. Lundy may be the lawyer you need.
The Lundys and Chuck Morris run a fantastic law firm and are good and decent people. They really give back to the community and are very honest.
