I wanted to do estate planning. I called the Dover office and was given an appointment along with the Dover address. I got there and was told that my appointment was in the Rehoboth office. The receptionist was very rude and acted like the mistake was mine. I did go to Rehoboth, but as a result, had to take a whole day off from work instead of the planned half day. After I met with the lawyer, I was told I'd have my paperwork for review in 2 weeks. It's been almost a month and nothing. I called the office, but haven't heard back. I'll update this review if I ever get this process completed.
Jessie Benavides is incredibly good at her job. I am so happy I hired her to help in an awful situation. I am so grateful to have her next to me in Family Court. Thank you, Jessie.
I could not be happier with the service and professionalism I found at Parkowski, Guerke, and Swayze. It's hard to get a call back. Receptionist is always friendly. But they are very busy. Expect about a week or so for communication. It can be very frustrating
