If I could give no stars I would. My Guardianship papers for my father was not done correctly. Victoria only requested guardianship for "person" instead of "person and estate" and as a result he recently passed away and now I have to pay more to another attorney and go through Probate just to get his funds that is sitting in his bank account. She has not returned any phone calls, or emails. I was also told that her assistant quit, and this is the second person in the short period of time that I have dealt with her so that tells you that she doesn't handle her business if she can't even keep an assistant! Do not go to her for anything! She is very unprofessional!

As a former client, I was greatly saddened when informed after scheduling an appointment and submitting the requested paperwork, that "due to a glitch with my Metlife legal plan, I would need to find another lawyer." Sounds insincere to me.
