Horrible client service! I was referred by my neighbor to see John Tillo. Back 2 months ago. Still haven’t had a meeting as the appts have to rescheduled 5 plus times. Once by myself, rest on them. I called to cancel my appt., and they still called me to inform me I missed my appt. This is was to just set up a Living will with beneficiary changes. Seem so easy although this firm make it so hard! Stay clear of this law firm at all cost!! I’ve known John for years, ever since his First National Bank years and playing basketball for ISU. Sorry to see that he worked so hard to only be employed by a rotten so called business now.

My husband and I worked with John Tillo on the purchase of our home, and on a separate occasion, he helped us put together our wills. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes the time to answer all our questions.
