I had two liens on my property by a credit card company. They worked with me little to settle the balance but I still saved $900.(Haggled and beat the $900 out of them really) As much as we hate them this is a debt collector and they are just doing their job. If we was never in debt we wouldn’t know these people exist. 3/5 stars

Try calling in to resolve a matter and the phone hangs up? Over and over? I guess that's one way to get your judgment. Scummy and gross.

It is impossible to get ahold of these people. They are Pacific time zone and their hours are obviously different than ours. I leave Messages and never receive a call back.

This office routinely commits debt collection fraud.
