I'm not sure what this other reviewer is talking about. I received a return call EVERY TIME there was a need for the Patrick Law Firm to share information with me, whether new info or updates. Even when the information was provided to me via email communication, they followed up with a phone call to be sure I received the email. In addition to that, he successfully resolved my lemon law case with Chrysler. They agreed to buy back my vehicle and pay the attorney's fees. After we received their first offer, Mr. Patrick said, "No, that's not enough...my client deserves more!" He reached out to them, and got me more. Craig Patrick and his firm are awesome! I was skeptical (of the process) at first. But he got me the results I wanted and I am forever grateful. Thanks Craig!!!!

I will definitely recommend Craig Patrick and his team (Austin) to others who are dealing with vehicle settlements and lemon laws. They helped me with my VW settlement even though they are in Dallas and I am in the Houston area, and they were always there to help and answer any questions I had, and in a very timely manner. Even after my settlement I had questions and they still answered them with no hesitation. Patrick Law Firm is the best!

We tried to settle with Chrysler after our vehicle had issues leading to the lemon law. They offered a measly 10k miles extended warranty. Patrick Law Firm gave the time frame of 90 days to contact chrysler and get a response. Less than 30 days later, they not only made contact, but were able to settle on a very reasonable cash amount that we were thrilled with. Contact was through email and phone and they stayed on top of my case like it was the only one in the state. Everything has been wrapped up completely with the check on the way. NO CHARGE TO US!!!! FCA footed the attorney fees! I would recommend them 10/10 times to all friends and family.

Craig Patrick and his team (Austin) were extremely helpful in getting my lemon law case taken care of in an expeditious fashion!
