Bought a house on a land contract that Patrick handled. When I payed it off in 8 years he couldn't even get the address correct on my deed. Not happy that my address is not on my deed to my property I paid almost $50,000 for. Discussed with performance as an attorney. Before it was going to be Finalized, the contract holder called me to confirm the address.

Great lawyer. He sat patiently while we asked a bunch of questions. He didn't several things for us and was able to put do it very quickly because we needed it done as soon as possible and for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend Me. Winter.

Got me once and won’t get me again.. It was a property agreement between siblings and another atty told me when I sold,, winters turned agreement of property between siblings ,, into a pile of mud. Had to get agreement redone.. RUN

I Hired Mr. WINTERS , Over a year long deal , I feel he took advantage of me . And took me for a ride . My name was on a title to a home and it had went through a couple different Morgage company's and no one caught it . Well needless to say I feel he bullied me to settling . I wasn't happy then , and I am not happy now. I am beginning to think all Lawyers are cheaters well at least up there .
