Sam Stathos is the most honest and ethical lawyer!!! We unreservedly trust him with any business or personal problem that we may have! Four years ago my wife was T-Boned by a ¾ ton pickup who hit her little Ford Fiesta on the driver’s side. He made a left turn into her car while trying to beat the traffic light from Hwy 17 to Wachesaw Road. She was knocked unconscious and was close to death. The wrecker operator who picked up my wife’s car said he has never seen a vehicle so damaged and the operator survive the accident. Sam represented us and made sure my wife’s medical bills were paid and helped us get compensation for future medical bills. The truck driver was woefully under insured! Sam worked with his insurance and with our insurance to get my wife’s medical bills paid and a little bit left over to pay for future medical bills that she will have. Sam has also handled four property closings for us in the past four years. They have all been done professionally with no problems. He personally checked with Georgetown County to see that our home loan was recorded as being paid off and personally notified us that it was. Sam is the best lawyer you can have, hands done. It is very comforting to know that if anything happens to me, my wife has a lawyer she can go to and trust completely.

I called the office and was told I needed to speak to "Cynthia" concerning some business with my house. I left 4 messages with the secretary and 3 voicemail messages. My calls were NEVER returned. Whoever this "Cynthia" person is, she must have unlimited funds and must not have to work. She obviously has a poor work ethic and doesn't care about helping people at all. I would NEVER recommend this law firm to anyone. If I could give them "ZERO STARS", I would.
