W. Patrick Yon, LLC

Hired Mr. Yon to represent me in my divorce and child custody. My ex owed me over $1000 in child support and in my final hearing Patrick showed up completely and totally unprepared half my paperwork that I was supposed to been submitted to the court was not signed until the night before I was going to be put under oath. He never once brought up the back child support that was owed to me to the judge. Would make multiple calls to him. He would wait weeks on weeks to return calls to me. The judge ruled in the favor of my ex. And now I owe her over $3000 and I’m out the thousands she still owed me I’d advise anyone that is looking for an attorney not to use Patrick Yon. I will be bringing up a claim against Patrick to the bar association for false representation.
