Worst experience ever. They collect application fee by telling availability of apartment. I wanted to be a co-signer and management ask about 2 more applications and 2 more applications fee for tenants. $135 just for applications for 1 apartments. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Melissa is a worst worker. Scam.

I didn’t mind the neighbors or how loud they were (once complained about loud music at very late hours and was told “i hope it’s at least good music!”) , even bared the multiple trips it took to bring groceries upstairs. However, the landlord (not the front desk lady) is incredibly unfair. Thankfully I moved out recently but spent DAYS scrubbing down every inch of the apartment (and the duct taped fridge they provided me!) to the point it was cleaner than how it was when we received it! Just for him to say it wasn’t and kept nearly our whole security deposit! Don’t recommend.

Lived here for close to three years and moved this summer. This place smells of smoke constantly, the elevators are always going down (but they are currently working on updating the elevators so hopefully that fixes that issue), the laundry rooms are not well maintained other than the floors are cleaned weekly (they've had machines down for months at a time). The office hours are inconvenient for the working person (8-5 jobs), we had to do 95% of our correspondence through slipping letters under the door or playing phone tag with the office personnel. Sometimes the office would never open for the day which would make trying to coordinate rent or a maintenance issue particularly difficult.

I tried calling the building multiple times today, the one time I actually got through it sounded like the women I was talking with was arguing with someone in the background. None of my questions got a straight answer and I could barely hear anything she said over the noise. I wanted to speak with a manager but the lady I was on the phone with refused to transfer me or give me a different number or her name. I tried to look up a different way to contact the building and found a weird Facebook page with the same address and some weird selfie pictures on it.

Super disappointed with my experience. Management horrible to work with and mean. They avoided problems that needed addressed at all cost and made it extremely hard to leave. Also there is a huge bed bug issue. Do not move here, save yourself the trouble.
