They took my case and told me they'd keep in contact as things progressed. Three months later, of zero contact, and I get a letter saying they dropped my case. No explanation, no phone call, nothing. Now I'm stuck with a bill for an MRI, that I didn't even want, for 2500$. They don't care about you, they only care about your money. Don't waste your time.
