We could not be more happy with the work that Andy Payne and his whole firm did for us. We had our worst nightmares come true after a terrible accident with an 18 wheeler where my 36 yr old husband, and father of 3 under 5, was disabled for life. Attempted to contact Ramsey 2 different times. I spoke with Emma and she stated that she would send her information. I waited for 5 hours for her to respond but she she didn't. They would not work with me and wasted my time the first time. The second time I called in to correct my information Emma wouldn't send her information for all of my documentation, again. Pretty much a waste of a time. I'm from Dallas and I wanted a business that would work with me outside of Dallas.
