Mr. Peel and his staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. The environment was inviting and not intimidating in the least. The people are great and positive to work with. They never made me feel like a nuisance for asking all of my questions. The office has a positive spirit and we were never rushed along or pushed into anything. He's someone I trust enough to recommend to others. Just as a small critique: I was pretty frustrated at times with the lack of communication from Mr. Peel and/or the office. I would have like it if he or his office had initiated keeping me informed at least some of the time. I get that they're busy and cannot do that constantly, but I think it would be nice to do it a little more often. But overall, I had a positive experience.
