I had an issue with a past renter and while they were quick to send a letter informing my former tenant of the pending law suit, they were very slow to move on helping me collect my losses and when the guy moved the lawyer got back to me saying that the former tenant moved and they couldn't find him. Really?? A law firm couldn't find him, my wife found him in 15 minutes online, he had moved to Georgia and I had wasted thousands of dollars on their inability to act. So no I'm not happy, if you need something simple like an over rated certified letter that cost about a $1,000 +, fine waste your money because they did nothing more then pick up a phone or type up a letter but really did nothing to help me reclaim my losses.
