Tyler has been my lawyer for a few years and recently assisted me with a court case dismissal. This was a tough case and Tyler did an excellent job representing me. Jessica decided to quit practicing law in the middle of my case in order to spend more time with her family.. She gave me 24 hours notice to decide if I would like Tyler to be my replacement attorney. Then about 2 weeks went by and I couldn't get anyone to answer an email or return a phone call. When I spoke with Taylor from their office on the phone she told me Jessica might have strep throat and wasn't able to answer emails but didn't offer any reason for Tyler not to be in contact. I had to find a new lawyer. But Pennington kept half my retainer.

Tyler refused to take my case because I had changed attorneys before approaching him. He didn’t even give me a chance to explain the rationale. Avoid because he obviously has no intention of helping people and just wants an easy case to make quick money. They didn’t even offer to explain any items in my case that were of concern - completely unprofessional. The woman who informed me was extremely condescending and rude about it as well - so disappointing, and clearly reflects the level of service I would have received.
