Spoke to the rudest person on the phone. She basically yelled at me, (not raised her voice but yelled) stating that unless you give me some valid points etc. you don’t make sense. I’m on permanent disability. I had so many issues with my landlord and sleepless nights the past 2 months. My nervous system is at the lowest. Did not need some receptionist yelling at me and scolding me that I don’t make sense. Maybe she is “an attorney wanna be” practicing her speech for trials… but that’s not how you talk and represent the company you work for.
