After much procrastination, we decided to have our Wills and related legal documents done. We had two goals. The first was to make it as easy as possible for each other, as well as our children, to handle our medical and financial affairs if we were to become incapacitated. The second was to protect and distribute our assets as we wish, with little to no court assistance. Chuck walked us through the process, patiently answering all our questions. After the documents were signed, we had a sense of relief that we achieved our goals. The price was reasonable for the package we received.
