Tom Pepmeyer is a terrible attorney, I was charged on the sole testimony of my crazy sister. The court had not investigated the allegations or interviewed any witnesses. Regardless of my innocence, he applied a lot of pressure on me, to plead guilty. The stress he put on me to take a plea, was almost worse than the court bringing charges without a police investigation.
