I cannot express enough how utterly DISAPPOINTED I am with the service provided by this firm. If I could rate it ZERO stars, I most certainly would. From the onset, it was evident that my case was complex, hence my decision to seek assistance from an Immigration Law Firm. However, despite PROVIDING DETAILED information during my initial interview, it seemed as though my concerns fell on deaf ears. The LACK of attention to detail and professionalism throughout the process was nothing short of appalling. My case was passed from one lawyer to another, resulting in a disjointed and chaotic experience. Despite my persistent efforts to stay informed and engaged, communication from their end was sporadic at best, and outright neglectful at worst. It became painfully clear that I was merely another number in their system, with little regard for my individual circumstances. Perretta Law Office is very far the best immigration office. They did a great job for me at first to get the Permanent Residence and then to be a US citizen. Their knowledge, experience, dedication and quality is amazing!!
