Perry was referred to us to help with an HOA issue over 6' privacy fences that were not allowed per our covenants and by-laws. He did an outstanding job worked hard and was able to help us bring the issue to a vote and then rewrite the fencing amendment to make sure it never happened again. BEWARE - Phillips is heinously UNETHICAL, IMMORAL, DISHONEST. Ooooh, now he's conveniently back to his "real estate lawyering". Intricately involved (documented) for many, many years in "auction" companies wherein MILLIONS in missing and unaccounted for assets REMAIN so; THEN, finally, having been 'funneled' through a HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS 'Receivership' directly involving Phillips as "Receiver" (quite literally we thinks), the alleged deceased, Stephen Howard White, his wife: Linda Heath (White) and their CLOSE DECADES LONG friends and associates Charles and Belle Pharr, ET AL. +++Victims, many ELDERLY, have NEVER recovered+++ *****Yet these named VILE individuals continue in their quite comfortable lives***** Phillips was accommodated and facilitated via Judge Flournoy III who SHOULD have had NO jurisdiction (the same judge who allowed a convicted lawyer - FELON [richard merritt] to roam free for an ADDITIONAL 2 weeks who then killed his mother and ran free AGAIN - authorities just "couldn't find him" - merritt had also absconded with what Flournoy asserted was approx. half a MILLION altho' ALL victims losses were NOT included). ALL CONSPIRATORIAL and CORRUPT ??? After all it IS Cobb County GA.
