What an absolute nightmare. I suggested my girlfriend hire this woman for her custody situation after a brief google search and I feel so incredibly guilty that I did. She did absolutely no prep work and basically told my gf that she should not expect equal-time custody. If I had known that at the time I would have told the gf to fire her immediately and find someone else who believed in her case. Turns out the judge had a heart and awarded equal split custody despite some ridiculous stipulations to get it going ie my gf had to acquire her own car before the time could be worked up to—despite having reliable transportation. What kind of bs is that??? So many single mothers sharing custody that dont have their own car. And Susan didnt even suggest an appeal to this decision. Once the hearing was over with Susan tacked on outrageous amounts of money and began harassing my gf for payment of more than half her paycheck every month and didnt even attempt to offer any more legal advice. Susan truly thought it was a win when its been over six months later and still no car, therfore no progress towards the equal time. You can’t afford to be naive when searching for a good lawyer. And certainly dont settle for the first one you talk to just because she seemed legit at first, only to learn what a complete hack she is. All the positive reviews seem fake and the negative reviews absolutely line up with my gf’s experience. Avoid this woman.

Susan is not to be trusted. She made so many costly mistakes, while representing me. To make matters worse she attempted to cover her mistakes with outright lies. If that were not enough she billed me for the time it took to fix or attempt to fix her mistakes.

I must say, I’m blown away by the few negative reviews that I’ve read. After years and years of battling my ex-wife in endless court hearings for custody and child support with worthless attorneys I finally found Susan! A total God send. She is going to fight for you every step of the way. She has passion for her clients and isn’t afraid to ruffle a few feathers along the way. If you too want endless court battles with no results hire a “nice guy” attorney. If not… Hire Susan! Thanks Susan!
