Peter is one of the best lawyers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He helped me get custody of my children after a 4 year long battle. He exceed my expectations time and time again. And for the last year he didn't even charge me. He helped me out of the kindness of his big heart. I would highly recommend him if you need help with any legal matter.

Peter has been awful. I am filing a grievance with the Michigan Bar! I had to hire another lawyer, firing Peter and requesting my money back. He did not notify me of court, did not show up to court, had to be subpoenaed to court later for not filing a judgement, and then went AWOL again. He only returned calls when threatened with a subpoena, but that didn't even work anymore in the end to get out judgement enters (months late). Do not use him! My new lawyer has gotten more done in 24 hours than Peter did in the better part of a year. My case should be done in a couple weeks. If you want a lawyer that will take your money and then ignore you, will never finish your case, and may not even show up to court (if he does it will never be on time), then go with Peter. If you want a good lawyer that cares and does not sit on cases go with Ed Annen...he's been amazing and I'm really grateful my boss ran into someone else at work who happened to have just switched from Peter to Ed for the same reason!

Should be zero stars. Paid him in full up front. Heard from him a couple of times after that and then never heard from him again despite repeated calls and emails to him for over a year. He never even filed my case. Had to involve the Attorney Grievance Commission-- there were others who did the same. The commission disciplined him for his actions (or lack of, in this case). I suggest that if you are having this issue, file a claim. The commission will help you get your money back.

I explained my case up front to Peter D'Angelo as he explained that I would not have an issue getting all that I requested. I paid Peter D'Angelo up front, that was my first mistake! I fought to get Peter D'Angelo to answer his only way of contact, "cell phone", he has no secretary, and count on ONLY talking to his voicemail!! I had to argue "My Rights" to Peter D'Angelo, explaining the obvious! I worked my butt off to gather what was needed for my case, and was left only to be robbed of the full return of my money. Turns out, he never filed papers, filed motion, or did what he said he would do the entire time! I'm another victim who was left to fire D'Angelo, and move on with another attorney who gets the job done!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This experience has been terrible. Papers not files, phone calls not returned, and who knows how many lies. He's very personable when you meet him. You sit down for the consultation and leave convinced that this man will represent you well. Then you pay him. Then he disappears. If you are considering hiring this man, I'll make you an offer: hire me, instead. You can pay me what you'd pay him, I'll do nothing, and a few months to a year later I'll give you half of your money back. It's exactly the same as if you'd hired him, EXCEPT YOU GET SOME OF YOUR MONEY BACK! Save yourself the trouble and hire someone, ANYONE, other than Peter D'Angelo.
