Mr. Peters delivered the exact type of defense I needed and gave me a plea deal better than I even anticipated getting initially. Michelle was always available to respond to any questions I needed. I think that my problem was that he had too many cases and didn't spend an adequate amount of time on my case because he had too much on his plate. Probably didn't even look at the body Cam. I wish this man would have done a little more research when it came time for the DMV hearing because It caused me a lot of problems. He doesn't care because he got his money. I had to do an overwhelming majority of the legwork because he didn't want to put in the effort towards my case. His paralegal wasn't much help either. She told several things that were not true. And in sentencing he told the judge that I was moving to a city that I've never lived in and gave me the impression that he didn't even listen to me whatsoever. Personally would not recommend him

Andrew Peters and his Law Office including his paralegal Michelle and Haley are outstanding. Mr. Peters just represented me in a trial involving menacing and DUI charges. I was found not guilty on both charges. His preparation and presentation were nothing short of outstanding and brilliant. I feel he may not even be at the peak of his legal expertise, but as young as he is, he has a lot of time left to serve other clients. Again he is fantastic. A rockstar!. I gave him a case on a silver platter. They didn't have enough evidence, the DMV had dropped their side of the case. He told me I was just lucky not to be a felon, and they ended up charging me with everything after that. I would probably find a lawyer that cares a little bit more about you personally.
