I am very grateful and i could never repay Petroff Amshen, for what they did for my family. I used many attorney's to try and save my house, and had my money taken from me, but Petroff Amshen were the only ones that got it done. The delivered as promised, and saved my home from foreclosure in less than 5 weeks, and it was very easy dealing with them. The staff, from top to bottom, is amazing, and i trusted them with my family's future before and I would trust them again and again. They are a savior to those that are running out of options, and I wouldn't go any place else with my legal needs.

I was disappointed with the services provided by the firm. I hired them to take over a foreclosure case in 2016, but they did not take any action until 2018, and by then it was too late. The case was lost, and I lost $10,000 -An expensive lesson. I was puzzled that I would randomly receive phone and mail solicitations from the firm while they were representing me. This made me wonder if they were more interested in acquiring new clients hence more money than in representing me effectively. I gave the firm two stars because although they listened to my concerns, I'm not sure they took them seriously enough. They seemed to have a one-size-fits-all approach to foreclosure cases, even though each case is unique, maybe they have too many clients and this works. They made promises that they did not keep. For example, they said they would submit all the necessary documents to the court and effectively represent to fight the case, but they only submitted one document to the court, which was not very helpful. I was also disappointed with the loan modification service that the firm offered. I would have probably been better off dealing with the lender directly, because the firm was constantly asking me for documents, but they never seemed to communicate with the lender, who did not know who the firm was 14 months after I had retained and submitted documentation. While I am sure that some people have had positive experiences with this firm, I would not recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting peace of mind and winning their case. I'd not consider myself bitter client but an honest client who feels that In my case, the firm's lack of action eventually caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety. It felt like I was not being taken seriously, and I was not getting the help needed. This is evidenced by lack of any success on their part in my matter. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

I think that clients should be aware that someone at Petroff Amshen is sharing client phone numbers with real estate investors. I wanted to know why people were calling my cell phone asking me about my property. My cell phone number is certainly not listed and isn’t even in my own name. For the life of me I could not figure out how my private cell phone was available to these short sale specialist, real estate brokers, etc. A day out of the blue I contacted Petroff and Petroff from my friends salon number because I had gotten an email about an upcoming court date and had a question. Two days later my friend says people are calling the salon asking for me by name. Can you believe that? It has to be someone at Petroff Amshen giving out my number since they were the only folks I called from that number. Just be aware that part of them helping you is trying to get you to sell your property to one of their investor friends. Absolutely SHAMEFUL. # Mo Zinger is not my real name.
