Pfister Borserine & Associates

This is the third time we used the Pfister law firm. We did a temp custody order and then a permanent custody order for which John handled. We just went back this past year for the adoption. At the beginning of our adoption, I was not very happy because the attorney that was put on our case (Mr. Sissney) never communicated with me. The only time he did would be if I went to the county website and saw something on our case, and then I would reach out to him, and even then, he never seemed familiar with our case. After about 6 months of this, I reached out to John and addressed my concerns, and he informed me that he would be handling my case. About a week later, Philip Moore contacted me and said he and Jolie would be taking care of our case. Mr. Moore and Jolie have been awesome and have kept us informed of everything along the way. Mr. Moore was very knowledgeable and listened to what I had to say. He advised us of what we would expect along the way so there would be no surprises. He actually treated us like he really cared. Our adoption was final on 7/28, and we couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Mr. Moore and Jolie. Thank you again for everything!

Mr. Philip Moore went way above my expectations. His paralegal Jolie was also very helpful during the process of my divorce. They communicate well and work hard. After interviewing several attorneys, I met with Mr. Moore (in person) and he listened and gave me informed options without feeling that I was jumping into the deep end of the process without a life jacket.
