I have had friends and relatives who have dealt with lawyers before in personal injury cases. I have heard many complaints about various attorneys. However, I can assure anyone, that if you need an exceptional attorney for an injury or wrongful death, please go see Mr. Tom Sheridan I don't often write reviews, but feel compelled to write about an outstanding attorney and also an outstanding & caring man. Mr. Sheridan really knows his law ! He will be upfront & honest with you about your case. But, more importantly, there is the 'human touch'. I could feel that Tom Sheridan really cared about me as a person. Getting an excellent attorney is one thing. But finding one as caring, sincere & honest as Tom Sheridan is another. This was not the case with other attorneys before I found Tom Sheridan. He answered my questions, returned my phone calls promptly & I felt I was dealing with a close family member. If he was not in his office, I can assure you his paralegal who answers the phone, Arlene, is really wonderful. Knowledgeable , kind & personable, with Arlene I never felt "lost" or "out of touch" ! She is truly a very capable person to answer any question you might have. I rarely give 5 stars to anything, but feel compelled to write this review as my experience with Tom , Arlene & the law firm , in general, was so exceptionally top notch ! I called for a spanish speaking client of mine and was directed to the intake lady. When I asked whether there was someone who spoke spanish for client who only spoke spanish she said that the client must speak in english in order for her to process the intake because she only spoke ONE language, English. Then she suggested to find someone else.

The person who picked up the phone was very rude and interrupted me when I spoke and basically said are you a lawyer I answered no and she continued to speak over me very rude !
