Very professional well experienced. Not everything you hear it's gonna be on your side of your case. Ms Pia has a lot of knowledge. Definitely recommended.

Pia was professionally equipped to serve me and got the job done above and beyond what I expected. I was in need of immediate help and she exceeded all expectations, kept in contact with me while working on my case and kept me informed of facts and findings which gave me so much respect for her hard work, She would be my first go to if ever needed her services again.

Jennifer, I'm so sorry you were disappointed in my services. I gave you about a half hour free consultation over the phone. In that conversation, I gave you some pros and cons about the merits of your case without delving into all the details of the case. I was clear with you in that first conversation that I needed to further evaluate the case before determining whether to take your case on a contingency fee basis. I do take very good cases on a contingency fee basis. In my conversation with you and on my Intake Sheet, in plain language, I was clear that I charge an hourly rate for an evaluation before taking a case. You told me you were not happy with my evaluation result so, in a good faith gesture, I charged you less than you agreed to pay. I think I was fair and honest with you at every step, as I strive to be with all my clients.

When I first contacted Pia regarding an issue of termination through my employer she was pleasant and told me she could fight to get me back pay and my job back after I gave her details of my situation. She also informed me of a contingency option which is what I would’ve preferred. She then told me to deposit $600 in her trust fund stating it would be my money until she “earned it” after the first phone call she asked me for another $300 just for her to write a letter to my previous employer. Once she had my money she stated that she couldn’t do a contingency because she would be taking a risk. There was no way I could come up with $900 In a matter of days just for her to write a letter. So I had no choice but to back out. Before I paid her she seemed confident that she could help me. Once she had my money she changed her tune. On top of that she was only going to refund me $240 because according to her she “earned” my money by giving me legal advice! I didn’t call her for advice or pay her for advice I wanted her to take a case that she seemed confident in fighting up until I paid her. After going back and forth with her she decided to give me back $300 of the $600. Had she expressed to me that she wasn’t confident in herself fighting my case I would’ve never paid her anything. Be aware that she may hype you up about your case, just to get you on a call and take your money for legal advice!

What is it with receptionists I'm this job? I called to schedule an appointment, and the phone was answered , "hello?". Not the name of the office not her name, nothing. I was caught a bit off guard, so when I stammered a bit, she promptly hung up on me. This is basic stuff. Hire someone that cares because this is the face of your business. This was at 1:20pm on Monday May 18th 2020, in case you want to fix this.
