I worked with the managing partner/owner of the firm. She handled my case well and I received a reasonable settlement. She provided me with updates and responded to my inquiries in a timely manner (timely manner doesn't mean 10 minutes after I emailed her - it means at least within 24 hours. Often she responded quicker than that). nnShe also provided solid advice and offered to help me with my case when other firms would have turned it away because the case value was too small for them.nnAdditionally, she was able to get the settlement much faster than if I had done it on my own. And, her staff is warm and courteous. I would hire them again.

I love this office! I met Ms Coretta through my mother Julie. This office is amazing. The feeling of being surrounded by good friends that treat you like family is the warmth you get from each staff member. The receptionist is so sweet and very helpful. They also keep you inform of everything thats going on with your case. My whole family says "if your in an accident or need legal advice go to chip Anthony smith law" We love the way they treat us as soon as we walk in her office. We never had an issue with them. They are very professional. They are always on point with everything. I highly recommend Ms Coretta and her staff

Unfortunately I have to agree with every negative review given to this firm. I too have had to wait months and months with not one thing done. To top that off they decided to fire not only the case manager I had been dealing with, but as well the attorney working on my case mid case! Supposedly for his incompetence and lack of truthful information given to me, but it doesn't seem like any of them are that competent to begin with. I never got updates without me calling first and even after pleading with me not to relive them of their legal duties, a month later & they're are still blaming everyone under the sun but themselves for their lack of professionalism. Let me assure you I was an actual client and I have absolutely no reason to lie about my experience because I truly wanted a better more productive outcome from this firm. Now I've got to start all over with another firm with better reviews. I wish I had done my research. 10 months later and they still could careless that they were supposed to have my best interest at hand. I am so incredibly disappointed in this firm as a whole but especially the owner because the reflection upon her is just horrible. DO YOUR RESEARCH! nnUPDATE: My case has since been solved once I switched to Dan Newlin! Attorney Boulos was incredible at turning nothing into something & I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I still stand by my original review, do not be fooled. Whatever firm you choose to go with, let it be one with the experience and know how to properly handle whatever case you have. These things are never easy but the last thing you want is to end up with a firm that feels like it's working against you, not for you.
