If you want an amazing criminal lawyer, ANDREW SACKS is your man!! my trial took a couple of hours but this man hit every fact on the head! He beat my case and left my prosecutor looking dumb! I will always recommend Andrew! I appreciate his team and Him very much.

I recommended Andrew Sacks to my husband because the firm had handled a couple of accident cases for me in the past. However, his father Stanley was assigned the case. Big mistake, the father has been working in this case for 3 years.He doesn’t remember conversations and every six months we hear, “we have everything we need” then the next call, they request more medical paperwork. The insurance company had paid them and the money is sitting in their account because they can’t straighten out the medical bills. My husband is running around doing their job. Stay away and get someone else. Daddy Sacks needs to retire!!

Working with this firm was the worst. Stanley Sacks kept dragging out the process to have the case settled. He would call and ask the same questions and state that he was working from home and did not have my file in front of him. I guess speaking with Jan my file eventually started to process. I don’t feel that my file was properly handled.

Still trying to work with Mr Stanley & obtain the date as well as amount we will be sending as a petition for suit for the rear end car accident. I have read from ADVICE of successful Lawyers/Firms that asking these questions are normal yet Stanley says ; “ I am the lawyer “ when I asked last week. I am not into this because it’s as if I am having to obtain another lawyer to address my current lawyer or suit my current lawyer for not fulfilling his oath of service etc. He refuses to respond with email or answer to my questions like above & keeps making excuses & bringing up past resolved paperwork needs or issues to avoid answering the status question. I have made an attempt to contact Andrew Sacks & Stanley changed yet he is LITTERALLY back to his stuff again. My case is being handled at home he says & I don’t have your file with me etc etc etc. STAY AWAY FROM STANLEY SACKS I WARN YOU. I DONT regret that he needs to retire and or be an Advisor & shift to giving Legal Advice to the State of Virginia news stations, commentators, TV investigation shows etc. Or Advice Social Services freely. Or do Board work if he can hang. Cause I need my case finalized. Southern Rude Scrooge Stanley Sacks is my comment. I wish my granddaddy was still alive cause we would visit you and discuss this.

Hired him because he was expensive and came highly recommended. Would have been better with court appointed attorney. Terrible representation for a criminal case. Don't know how good he is on civil cases, but would avoid having him as an attorney on a criminal matter. Actually gave an affidavit for the government in a post trial motion. Would avoid at all costs.
