We had a very productive visit with Frank Hemming on Thursday. Our trust, will and health care proxy were completed to meet our requested needs. Frank explained everything clearly and answered all questions completely to our satisfaction. April was there to witness and notarize all necessary papers. Both Frank and April were very professional, welcoming and pleasant. We are very pleased that we choose Pierro, Connor and Strauss as our attorneys and grateful that our granddaughter Courtney recommended the firm to us.

Worked with a partner on a guardianship petition which should have been handled by an Associate. Experienced poor communication and got zero results for too much money. I should have gone with my gut during the initial consultation when the attorney did not ask lots of questions that this firm wasn’t a good fit. I feel like my family was looked at as a “cash cow.” Remember attorneys always win.

Similar to other one star reviews. A year ago, (January 2024) I brought several messy probate estates to them. At our initial meeting, Mr. Connor assured me that they were more than able to take it on. I left it to them and had faith they were working in my best interests. After being passed off to a Kimberly, who had no idea what was going on, I was then passed off to Patricia. After Patricia came Dylon. Dylon was introduced to me last October as someone who could help move the case along. Dylon called me one time in October. After that, I didn't hear anything. Crickets. Fast forward 3 months (now January 2025) and I call them, email them, call them, email them....all with no answers. For two days in a row I called them every two hours. Finally I get an email complaining about the holidays and please allow them time to get "reacquainted" with my case. In short, they forgot about me. After they realized who I was, I was immediately sent the letters for my mother's estate. Turns out they had been sitting on them since October! That is the only thing I have received, however. I am still sitting here, almost February, waiting for an actual phone call but not receiving any. I would RUN from this law firm.

Terrible experience. My brother and I scheduled an appt shortly after my Mom passed… she had set up a trust through this firm. We attended a meeting with Aaron Connor and Dylan. They explained the process. Requested a $2500 retainer and told us I would receive a call in a couple of days to come back and sign some papers. No phone call. A week and a day pass and I call. I call three days in a row and leave two messages for Dylan and one for Victoria (paralegal) No return calls. The next day, 9 business days from our initial meeting I go to the office since no one is returning my calls. The not so compassionate receptionist tells me there is no one there to help me. I tell her I’m not leaving without speaking to someone since no one at the firm seems to return a phone call. I wait… A woman finally comes out, she’s very apologetic and offers to get my paperwork to be signed. I tell her that for me… it’s too late for that. I have lost my trust and confidence in the firms ability to do what they say…or even return phone calls in a timely manner. I wait and I leave with a check refunding my retainer. Disappointing experience.

After a devastating medical event, I would have lost everything that my husband and I worked for our entire lives. With Frank Hemming’s and Aaron Connor’s knowledge and expertise, we are able to live without the worry of financial loss. I would highly recommend this firm for their help with protecting your assets.
