As a policy, the firm’s secretary/paralegal does not connect callers to Attorney Pieszak-Miller and Attorney Brodeur, not even to their voicemails. She also will not give out their e-mail addresses. Notice how they are not on the firm’s website either. Your only option is to leave a message with this secretary or the general firm voicemail. Neither of these methods yield phone calls back. Please note that I very rarely write reviews, but I consider it an obligation as even the most patient among us would find this firm’s communication structure frustrating.
