Mrs. Pinkerton is a blessing to me and others that needs an understanding lawyer that listen to her clients. I had been trying to get divorced for over 25 years and couldn't get a fair amount to pay. Mrs. Pinkerton worked with me on my payments and I'm happy and divorced. Covid held up the speed of it all. She's no nonsense type of lawyer, that is what you need. We needed legal advice and found Kim Pinkerton. We paid up front a $100 consultation fee (even though their website stated free consultations). While she spent a good deal of time with us, we didn't feel we got the best guidance/advice (after finding an attorney who gave us excellent advice, was eager to help and followed through). When we tried contacting her office after sending requested documents and to follow up, calls/emails were not returned. When confronted, she sends me a long email full of excuses that they are busy, have other clients and have been in court. But what got me most was "you haven't retained us". It wasn't for our lack of trying.
