Ed has been an invaluable resource for our family in several situations. Most recently he worked through a very complicated contract for me and helped break it down in terms I would understand. I really appreciated how he took time out of his busy day to help and ensure we were taken care of. His professionalism is top notch and we are thrilled for anyone who gets to work with him!
Sydney Hoff was excellent help during my process. She is insightful and knowledgeable in many different cases. I felt very well taken care of throughout everything! Would highly recommend her to friends and family. Keep up the great work!!
I tried to hire an attorney at Pioletti Pooletti & Nichols. BUT, (i) it was very hard to be connected, (ii) even though I was connected after one and a half week, I felt I am treated as a money machine, not a human being who they want to genuinely help -- because Mike briefly asked me the situation to set the price, and sent me an invoice for me to pay right away without deep consultation after asking my email address three times, and (iii) I felt, throughout my whole conversation, the attorney here, Mike, is overall very condescending and disrespectful. This law firm here is monopolistic, so that is why this company has many clients, but I cannot disrecommend this place anymore. If you can avoid, I would rather try to find a kind and sincere attorney, not being blind about their advertisements capitalized from their profits, which is their first and only value. Follow-up: After talking with other law firms, I can clearly say that Mike, the owner of this law firm, treated me so poorly. He (a) DID NOT give any careful/deep/serious consultation but only seek me to pay instead and (b) overcharged me. For (a), I have attached the text messages I had with him as the partial evidence. You can see that he ignored my questions asking why he charges that much money and what he will do (NO CONSULTATION). In contrast, other law firms go through every step about what we will accomplish together. At the end, in the phone call I had with him, I told him that I feel I am being treated as a money machine, then he persuaded me "in a sneaky way" if I am interested in hiring other attorneys to make some records to be self-protective, also because my case does not bring huge profits to him (not surprisingly, he is a lawyer and knows what to do). I said no, then, he hung up the phone call unilaterally. This could have been addressed in a much nicer way if he were not arrogant and apologized for his mistake where I felt mistreated, which was all I wanted from the phone call. I feel very unfortunate for Pioletti and Pioletti, that I had to write this informative review for other potential clients who might need sincere help in a hard situation.
I have known Ed McKibbin for many years. He is kind, understanding and a man of integrity. Ed is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He goes above and beyond to help explain options, putting your mind at ease during difficult situations. His patience is truly remarkable. Our family highly recommends Ed.
Great company with great service. They made me feel comfortable and figured out the best possible solution for my problem. I worked with Mike Nichols. Mike was a personable guy who cared about my case and worked with me to find the best outcome. 10/10. recommend to work with.
