We closed on an investment property this week with Morgan and our experience was fantastic! Pitt & Frank had all of our documents ready to roll and our closing took approximately 30 minutes. Cora at Pitt & Frank is my go-to gal for all things closing, and she always has a cheery disposition to put any client at ease! Once I arrived early and my people were ready to sign but the given attorney was still tied up. Cora stepped right in and helped and made everything flow butter smooth. Not only is everyone there so great to work with and kind and very professional, the atmosphere is so beautiful and welcoming-from the entrance to the building to the rooms for closing. It’s just a 5 star experience all around!
