I used Pitt and Frank for my home closing two years ago. Cora was great, very friendly and professional. I was a first time home buyer and she took time to explain everything and made sure I understood things. She also was very conscious of privacy issues between all parties involved. This year I needed to modify my deed and have a family member added to it. I had some questions and Amanda was able to help me. She was thorough and quick in answering my questions and within 48 hours had all the necessary paperwork completed and filed for me. My only negative with this firm is the guy that handles wills and estate planning. I've called twice and the receptionist sends me to his voice mail. I leave a message but he never calls back. This is why the 4 star rating instead of 5. Other than not being able to get any help with will stuff I'd recommend Pitt and Frank

Cora at Pitt & Frank is my go-to gal for all things closing, and she always has a cheery disposition to put any client at ease! Once I arrived early and my people were ready to sign but the given attorney was still tied up. Cora stepped right in and helped and made everything flow butter smooth. Not only is everyone there so great to work with and kind and very professional, the atmosphere is so beautiful and welcoming-from the entrance to the building to the rooms for closing. It’s just a 5 star experience all around!

Jessie Howard was great to work with as was the entire team. They even let us bring our puppy to closing. We would not get a sitter and he was too young to stay home alone. He too thought Jessie and all the folks at Pitt and Frank were terrific.
