Pittenger, Nuspl & Crumley

I emailed Nick Nuspl, who is listed as a participating attorney with MetLaw (additional employer-based insurance coverage), with a detailed description of my issue asking how to proceed working with his firm. Several days later with no response, I called the firm being auto directed to his extension. I left a voicemail referencing my email and asking for assistance. Several days later, still no response. To be fair, at this point we were in the midst of the winter storm, but my initial emails and calls proceeded this event. I left a follow-up message about a week later. We are now 16 days after my first of three attempts at any kind of response - nothing. Maybe he's a good attorney, maybe he's not - no idea since I can't get any form of acknowledgement. If this is what to expect with his representation, I'll look elsewhere. Perhaps Nick Nuspl is no longer a partner there and they haven't updated their website or phone?

Have not resolved case after waiting 8 or more years.

Staff was nice and friendly. Nick recently helped me setup my Will and Family Trust. Overall experience was quick and easy!! Office was clean and well maintained to visit during current scenario.

After putting it off for years, I finally decided to have my Will and Powers of Attorney done. Picking Nicholas Nuspl was the best decision I've made in a very long time. He was so down to earth, I would be surprised if he wore socks! (only joking) He made me very comfortable, never talked down to me, and the documents were perfect and waiting for my signature when I arrived. His office is professional without being overboard, the staff are wonderful, and patient with the clients. (A must in today hectic world.) And he reminded me that now I have an attorney. Now I can say, "You need to talk to my attorney about that." Wow! This little country girl from nowhere can stand tall and tell some big-wig, "Talk to my attorney." If you haven't been able to tell, I was quite impressed with Mr. Nuspl and will be keeping his business card in my purse from now on.
