I was so nervous about going through this process but didn't have many other options. I remember asking a question on their website and getting an immediate response and ended up talking to Jack on the phone. After that initial call my nerves calmed down so much. His professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail and great personality made a situation that was incredibly scary, not so bad at all. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Jack.
