Bottom feeder. Freezes up in a courtroom and has a public speaking issue that makes him painful to listen to. Most important, don't expect to collect even if you win because his fees will exceed the settlement figure! In my opinion, Jerome Pivnik would get zero stars but one star is as low as this scale allows.
