Doing bad business with Kappes Miller HOA. Robbing the community of hidden fees. We just bought the condo and weren’t given notices until lawyers became involved. We’ve reached out multiple times and even brought up in the HOA meeting (that only happens at 10am on Mondays so no other owners can attend due to conflicting job schedules). We’ve wrote to their attorney to explain why this is unjust, unethical, and straight up lacking common decency to accept their own faults that someone on the HOA slipped up. So now my and my family will have to suffer. Straight up criminals
Scam artists at best. Absolutely will try and bully you into paying with no legal precedent. Thankfully I got a real attorney to laugh them back onto their little doghouse.
I have known Pody & McDonald for many years and they have always gone above and beyond representing us. Very thoughtful, knowledgeable, effective, nice people.
They are retained by many companies to file fictitious claims and to go after people without any due process for claims for money for minor proof less and fake claims. These attorneys are the worst quality. Never hire liars who won't listen or cannot read truth other than anything for its value that pays them more money.
