My name is Frank Polek, and I am a San Diego attorney with extensive civil litigation trial experience. I serve clients in San Diego County and the surrounding area. I represent people in matters involving personal injury, employment cases, consumer disputes and business litigation. Before starting up my own practice, I was employed by a large international law firm, and now I use that extensive experience on behalf of my clients.

No one has the right to be careless and negligent and seriously injure or kill somebody. I’m committed to helping victims of serious injuries and the families of those who lost their loved ones as a result of the thoughtlessness and indifference of somebody else. Those injuries and deaths usually result from auto, motorcycle and truck accidents. They also involve products with defects involving design, the manufacturing of the product or warnings as to the product’s inherently dangerous condition.
