I have no idea why anyone would write a negative review for this Law Office because I have been fighting to get my disability since 2018. I asked Polly Murphy and her Team to help me with my case when I had to appeal it. Without hesitation they picked me right up. They have done all work with the exception of a couple of things that I literally had to do myself. So, day I had a hearing set. Needless to say my luck is not always good. Although God is real and those that believe in him know that miracles do happen today. There were some issues with my phone and although I had already talked to the Team prior to the missed calls I had to prepare myself a little more for the hearing. I was told at which time I called that I would have to wait until later I'm the day and speak with Polly. In less than 10 min later I received a call from Polly Murphy and she had been in the court with the judge presenting my case to them and they did not mean to do anything. Polly and her Team had all the information needed and some therefore the Judge awarded my benefits. I would recommend these guys to anyone. All I could do was Cry ....... GREAT JOB POLLY MURPHY AND TEAM IF NOT FOR YOU GUYS THINGS COULD NOT CHANGE FOR ME TODAY. THANK YOU THANK YOU. YOU GUESS ARE AWESOME MAY YOU ALL BE BLESSED
Polly is the Best Veterans Attorney in the US. I've been fighting the VA ever since 1972 over my service connected disability. I hired Polly, it took 11 years after she took my case, but she got my SC pension and at the rate of 100% She is also the Best Social Security Attorney in the US.
At least they called me back ! Nice lady, but couldn't help me at that time. No worries.
Shame on Polly Murphys law office! My husband was a 100% service connected disabled veteran and he came to Polly Murphy for help filing his SSDI claim. In the middle of filing his claim, he passed away. I went through absolute hell fighting Social security to allow me to continue his claim, but they finally allowed it. After his initial claim was denied I sent all his records used in his claim (over 50 pages) and his letter of denial to Polly Murphys office, who was supposed to file an appeal on his behalf. After months of calling and never being transferred or getting called back or being left on hold for over an hour, when I did finally talk to someone I was told they showed his case as “inactive” and that he was in “box 38” when I asked what that meant she said his file was put in a box and then moved out in the hallway and then SHREDDED!!! I am utterly appalled at the disrespect they have shown me and especially my late husband who fought for this country and died as a result of injuries he received during combat. Because of Polly Murphys negligence the window to re-file my husband’s claim has closed.
I heard Polly was a good attorney I just recently lost my check and called her hopefully she can help me out I have been disabled since I was 15 I’m 37 and they cut it off over something that wasn’t my fault or had any knowledge about so hopefully she can help me
