Reviews

Firstly, I want to thank everyone at the Poole Huffman law firm for all they do. I personally worked with Tim, who has since moved on to his own company. But the whole process was extremally fast. I had issues with a certain New York based bank where they held my money for over a year. I tried reaching out to every department with no luck. So I reached out to Poole Huffman for legal assistance, and from day one Tim was on the case. He was very respectful to my... more than complex case. All in all my case was resolved in a little over a month without legal action. I truly do believe if I had never gained legal help, I would still be fighting this battle today. Thank you again!
Todd and his Team have significant experience and a keen understanding of the variable complexities of litigation, carrying the bench strength, diversity, and strategic acumen to serve as both dependable collaborators and formidable adversaries.
They have call us on their website. However, when you do call the receptionist won’t let you speak to an attorney if the damages are less than 50k. She told me to call the Atlanta Bar to find an attorney. And used the excuse that they are swamped in cases. However, she only used the “they are swamped” after I told her the damages were 30k but could possibly be more. If your damages are less then 50k don’t call them. All they care about is how much money they can make from you. Very unprofessional.
Cal Harris of Poole Huffman has worked with us on several aspects involving my husband's car accident. Though I was hesitant at the onset for the need for an attorney, I couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Cal. He relieved us of a major burden in a confusing and complicated situation. His optimistic, reassuring manner was most encouraging and his knowledgeable, organized skills always brought results. He was patient, respectful and dedicated to our cause and highly successful in procuring the best outcome for us in an ethical, professional manner. I confidently recommend Cal Harris and his organization!
In my heart, I have to be honest here. Tim was my attorney who was kind enough to listen to my case for 45 mins. Most attorneys offer free consultation, so I appreciated his efforts in this manner. In a couple instances, I didn't hear from Tim in a week or more. I had to initiate contact both times asking for an update. I feel Tim did the best he could based on his ability, but I needed someone stronger to fight for me. I had ample evidence to show I did not owe any money to the other attorney. Tim charged me $2000 and told me, 'The law was not on my side', even though I had emails, invoice and appeal hearing evidence to support my claim. I feel this could have been told to me during the 45 minute conversation and other times we spoke prior to me hiring him. I was told it could cost me 80k to sue my HOA with all the evidence I have to prove my side. Perhaps the law is on my side for 80k?? Tim seems like a good dude and a Military man, so thank you for your service. I feel he didn't fight the good fight. He did get my 10k fine down to $5422.11. Add his $2000, and I only saved around $2500 when I should not have owed anything. This is how my wife and I feel, our opinions from this experience and of course there are two sides to every story. We feel our $2000 should be refunded back to us. I've read other Reviews that are positive regarding this law firm. My experience, unfortunately, wasn't one of them, 100%. I would still recommend this firm to people, overall.
