Post & Bright

Excellent service, always helpful even when they are clearly extremely busy!

Absolutely hopeless!! I can’t even believe that they call themselves a post office. I am from Myrtleford and I had a parcel sent to bright post office which was supposed to be in Myrtleford to be collected. This did not happen. I rang Saturday and the guy Ryan was completely hopeless and flustered and said he would get it sent back to Myrtleford. I saw the lovely ladies at Myrtleford twice in the last two days and it still hasn’t arrived. Spoke to bright and they said they’d ring me. But they didn’t because they were absolutely embarrassed ghat they have NO IDEA WHERE IT IS. and they got Myrtleford to ring me and explain. In the end bright sent it BACK TO MELBOURNE only for it to be resent back to Myrtleford. LIFT YOUR GAME BRIGHT PO!! If I could leave a zero star review I would!!

I'm not going to rate AUS Post, I'd rather rate the people working there, and for what I could experience in the past six months of incessant parcels and correspondence, I can just say the service is great and all persons I dealt with were just professional and hard workers.
