Mr. Powell was an awesome lawyer in my opinion. From the first meeting we had, he listened to what I had to say, gave me an honest opinion of the case, and once I agreed to have him represent me he got started on the case. He never told me what I wanted to hear, but was honest and allowed me to take all the facts he was providing and with his guidance allowed me to decide if I wanted to plea, continue fighting, or make another decision. Ultimately, He was able to achieve a very favorable outcome in my case. This was my second DUI (did not blow or do roadside tests). I have no doubt the guidance he provided helped me to get the outcome in this case and would recommend anyone facing DUI charges to hire him.
