The way this place is "run" is a joke. It's not surprising that their turnover rate is so high with their constant miscommunication and condescension. And boy oh boy, don't you upset big super important men like Mike. It must be so rewarding to treat people who try to communicate clearly with disrespect and attitude. I recommend using anyone else in the area if you can avoid giving this place your money. And I hope Mikey boy has the day he deserves every day.
Called to get some help and ask a few questions regarding a property they are listed for. Receptionist was not helpful at all had a attitude and said she has never heard of term that is widely used with ROI properties going to auction. I would have loved to get more information but the receptionist sounded like I interrupted her from her personal time.
Receptionist has zero people-skills and major lack of communication skills as well.
They need a new receptionist. If she is any indication of there services, RUN!
